At Europe's largest real estate trade fair, Expo Real, Value One has opened a new chapter: In the future, the real estate developer will expand its service portfolio with Value One Digital GmbH. The entire expertise in this area will be bundled in Value One Digital. This sustainably expands the real estate value chain and also simplifies the step into the digital age for project developers, real estate management companies and end users and thus to ESG-capable real estate and investments - whether new construction or existing properties.
Value One has a broad know-how in providing modern value-added services in the real estate sector. This expertise is now bundled in Value One Digital and offered in the form of a digital product portfolio as a white label solution for all market participants. "Tomorrow's real estate must identify the needs of buyers or tenants in advance and offer the appropriate services and services," says Ewald Kiss, Managing Director of Value One Digital. This is ensured by the services and products of the companies re:mory, re:volution and Madaster.
