Development division with new management

23.01.2023

The recently restructured Development division of Value One enters 2023 with Kerstin Robausch-Löffelmann, Klemens Anderl and Sebastian Gruber as the new management level.

Vienna, 23 January 2023 - The new management team will take over the national and international agendas of the merged Development division with immediate effect. Value One is reacting to the dynamic market environment and is bundling its development strengths in one company.  A proactive step for Value One's positioning in the coming years.

Dr. Andreas Köttl, CEO Value One, explains: "This year, the entire industry is confronted with a rapidly changing market environment.  In order to be strongly positioned in this dynamic climate, our development units have joined forces. With our newly created structure, the new management team and our combined expertise, we are now well equipped to further expand our national as well as international success."

The new management team will also expand Value One's service portfolio. The newly formed and enlarged team of around 50 employees is also involved in brownfield developments in addition to classic new building developments. The focus here is on the renovation or redevelopment of existing properties. One goal is to make portfolios of existing owners and individual properties ESG and EU taxonomy compliant.

The new management team

Kerstin Robausch-Löffelmann (45) joined Value One in December 2019 and has been Managing Director for Development since the beginning of this year. Previously, she spent two years as an expert for project development and management in Lower Austria at NID - NOE Immobilien Development GmbH. From 2011 to 2016, Robausch worked at Vasko und Partner (including general planning and technical management for the redevelopment of the ORF Küniglberg and Geriatrie Zentrum Donaustadt). She is a civil engineer for architecture and a real estate trustee.

"Since the age of 14, my heart has beaten for the building industry, after which I attended the HTL for structural engineering and restoration, and during my architecture studies I completed training courses from Graz to Sydney," says Robausch-Löffelmann. "The diverse challenges in project development with Value One's special demand for quality in many areas and, above all, the cooperation with different people involved make my job exciting every day. Everything remains different and that's a good thing."

Sebastian Gruber (38) has already been responsible for international real estate project development as Managing Director for three years and is responsible for the areas of acquisition and transaction in the new structure as Managing Director. He previously worked for PKF hospitality group for around eight years, where he progressed through all levels from Consultant to Director. He graduated in business administration with a focus on tourism and various stays abroad in the Netherlands, the Dominican Republic and Canada. After a decade in international hotel real estate consulting and various positions in different tourism companies at home and abroad, Gruber brings with him extensive expertise.

"By merging the two development companies and integrating previously outsourced functions, we are implementing numerous strategic course-setting measures. In a dynamic and opportunity-rich market environment, this will be more important than ever before," says Gruber.

Klemens Anderl (36) has been responsible for property acquisition, corporate planning, budgeting and strategy of Value One Development (domestic) at Value One since April 2021. The experienced business economist has several years of international professional experience in plant construction, industry and management consulting, among others, and also has knowledge in financial management, corporate planning and strategy, process optimisation and mergers & acquisitions. He gained international experience in the USA, China, Russia and various European countries. Anderl worked for Consulting AG as a project manager for one year, before that for about four years at Rath AG and two years at Otis GmbH. Since the beginning of this year, Anderl has been on the management board of Value One Development and is responsible for the commercial management of the company.

Anderl on his new position: "What appeals to me about project development is that the joint work of all project participants culminates in visible values. At Value One, these values are sustainability and exceptional buildings that will stand the test of time. The current challenges in the real estate sector show all the more that the development of sustainable and socially meaningful project developments is finally back in
