Financial Controller (all genders) for MILESTONE in Portugal
with pleasure in operational controlling
Your roles and responsibilities:
You are part of our dynamic finance team and responsible for operational controlling for our MILESTONE houses in Wrocław, Poland:
- Preparation of monthly performance reports for our houses
- Management of bank accounts, monitoring and coordination of current payment transactions and the invoice approval process
- Annual Coordination and preparation of individual budgets with the managers
- You will actively accompany the European expansion projects of MILES-TONE and act as a controlling expert from the outset
- In addition to the usual controlling agendas, you will support and coordinate the introduction and implementation of new IT systems/platforms that directly serve the MILESTONE core business and work closely with our colleagues in the business units
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the area of controlling in international corporations or shared service centers (financial, investment, project controlling and reporting)
- Degree in business studies with a focus on finance/controlling/accounting or completed Financial Controller training.
- Analytical and networked thinking skills combined with a strong affinity for IT and numbers
- Very good knowledge of English and excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
- You enjoy working directly with your colleagues from Marketing & Sales, IT and Operations - because controlling is also communication!
