Tribüne 2 in Viertel Zwei

On the edge of the Green Prater, in our sustainable urban district Viertel Zwei, stand the historic grandstands of the Vienna Trotting Club. Unused since the 1960s, the listed grandstands 2 and 3 have been carefully revitalized and completely renovated in close consultation with the Federal Monuments Office. The historic buildings have been extended with a new addition and converted into modern office buildings.

The 2nd and 3rd floors now offer approximately 1,200 m² of office space that is ready for immediate occupancy and looking for a new user who, like us, appreciates the inspiration and tranquility of this special environment combined with the latest office standards! This space is divided into approximately 600 m² in the “new building” with a view and terrace overlooking the Green Prater and approximately 600 m² in the “old building” (the listed grandstand) with a view and terrace overlooking the Krieau trotting track.

Through the coworking space operator Lumia / Startup House, these spaces can also be rented on a smaller scale and for shorter periods as individual workstations, “fixed desks,” or “serviced offices” (e.g., 20 workstations).

When constructing the office space, the focus was on the interplay between old and new—the origins of the grandstands remain tangible and visible, and many listed elements have been preserved, serving as reminders of the grandstands' glory days, which have now been brought back to life. One absolute highlight is the modern interior design by Dutch interior designer Marcel Wanders.
