Efficiency to the power of four: Value One celebrates roof completion with the KAY project directly on Handelskai

The roof is on! Project KAY

The project KAY in Vienna Brigittenau, Engerthstraße 61-63, 1200 Vienna, is located at Maria-Restituta-Platz with direct connection to the Millenium City, the Danube as well as Danube Island with many leisure facilities and recreation areas, lots of green space and water areas. By the end of Q4 2022, the residential and commercial building will be completed. The project has been awarded the pre-certificate in gold by ÖGNI.
