Junior Project Manager (f/m/d)
(Full-time, office planned in Milan)
with joy for our real estate development projects
Your responsibilities
- Support Head of Development International in various and diversified tasks related to all of Value One’s European markets and projects
- Support development team during acquisition and development phases
- Analyse architectural concepts and drawings
- Review and explore if projects are suitable for/in line with value one’s student accommodation and hotel project standards
- Optional: Create architectural concept drawings to explain and visualize this analysis
- Develop and compile technical specifications and descriptions for new products (e.g. new hotel brand)
Your profile
- Master/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/Real Estate Development
- Additional Real Estate/Development specialization preferred
- Min. 3 years experience in real estate development or construction management
- Experience in managing all administrative tasks related to a large scale real estate development project
- Experience working with consultant and construction teams on the owner side
- Open to take over responsibility managing holistic real estate development projects step by step open to manage projects from an owners and developers perspective
- Self-organized
- Teamplayer with an open mind, enjoying collaboration with international team
- Enjoys working in a flexible environment for a young and dynamic company
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
- Excellent proficiency of technology, computer, and document management
- Excellent project management skills working with budgets, cash flows, reports, schedules and risk registers
- Basic CAD skills to create concept drawings and to review drawings
