Value One and Radisson Hotel Group present new Radisson Individuals hotels in Bologna and Vienna

Value One and the Radisson Hotel Group are expanding their Radisson Individuals portfolio in Austria and Italy with two new hotels. Both hotels will be operated under Value One's new hotel brand AWA. AWA combines modern tourism with ESG criteria and sets new standards in sustainability and social impact in the hotel industry.

Frankfurt/Vienna, 05 May 2022 - Value One and Radisson Hotel Group will open two new projects in Vienna and Bologna in the next few years. The AWA Hotel Bologna, a member of Radisson Individuals, will be a newly built hotel just outside the historic centre of Bologna, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The new hotel will have 305 rooms, a restaurant and bar, a gym and 140 m² of meeting space. The highlight of the hotel will be the sustainably designed rooftop area with pool, lounge bar and with sweeping views of Bologna.

AWA Hotel Vienna, a member of Radisson Individuals, will be part of the mixed-use high-rise development Weitblick in Viertel Zwei. Scheduled to open in 2025, the hotel will be located in Vienna's most sustainable district, Viertel Zwei, a growing office and residential area ideal for business travellers in the city. In addition to 246 rooms, the hotel will offer guests an all-day restaurant, a fitness room and 480 m² of meeting space.

"Our Radisson Individuals brand enables hotels to maintain their individual characteristics and personality by focusing on unique locations and experiences, while meeting the high standards of quality and service that guests have come to expect from Radisson Hotel Group. We are proud to expand our collaboration with Value One with additional projects," comments Max Gross, Vice President Business Development of Radisson Hotel Group.

"Sustainability and the ESG criteria will be key factors for future economic developments. We are excited about the strong partnership with Radisson Hotel Group and are convinced that with AWA Hotels we will create a unique group of hotels to make travel more sustainable. Together we will focus on the sustainable development and social impact of our new properties and thus meet the major challenges of the future," says Andreas Köttl, CEO of Value One Group.
